MMS Glee Singers

The MMS Glee Singers group was established in 2013 and is comprised of 7th and 8th graders who have auditioned to be a part of the group.  We meet during advisory time, 22 minutes per day. We generally rehearse music 3 times per week, which varies depending on times of performances.

The Glee Singers perform at every choir concert in December, March and May, in addition to the Homecoming parade, and community performances at St. Andrew’s Village and other area senior residences, as well as the district office community luncheon.  The community performances vary per year and are during the school day.

The mission of MMS Glee is to provide a place for more serious singers to develop their skills, as well as learning about leadership within their group and within their community.  Sharing music is a wonderful way to bring people together, and MMS Glee provides a vehicle for community connection and service.
