Where Everybody Belongs (WEB) is a year-long peer mentoring program at Mahtomedi Middle School. The WEB program is one tool we use at our school to create an engaged, empowered, and empathetic community. We want all of our students to feel like they belong and are welcome. The WEB program creates a long-lasting impact on how students treat each other and the culture at our school.
WEB helps ease the transition to middle school for our sixth-grade students and helps them learn what it means to be a Zephyr and a member of the Mahtomedi Middle School community. WEB leaders are eighth-grade students at Mahtomedi Middle School who act as mentors to our sixth-grade students. WEB leaders are a cross-section of our student body who are passionate about leading and helping their peers.
